How to Apply for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Jobs Jobs
Terms and Conditions:
- Only eligible candidates will be called for a written test.
- Only the shortlisted applicants will be called for an interview as per policy/rules.
- Five years of general age relaxation has been included in the above-mentioned column of age limit. Any other relaxation in the age limit will be given as per the Government of Pakistan rules.
- Application forms can be filled in directly on the application portal on the National Job Portal website (njp.gov.pk).
- Applicants already in government service may apply through the proper channel and will be required to produce NOC at the time of the interview.
- A candidate may apply for more than one post by submitting a separate application form for each post.
- Employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on a contract/contingent basis/daily wages will be allowed age relaxation and award of extra marks in accordance with the rules of the Government of Pakistan.
- Applicants shortlisted for interviews must present their original documents along with attested copies of degrees and certificates issued by HEC, recognized boards, universities, or institutes.
- "The information provided in the application form will be verified. In case any false or forged information or fake documents are discovered, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reserves the right to cancel the candidacy at any stage, including after employment, and to initiate legal action against the applicant."
- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process in part or whole and increase/decrease the number of posts as per requirement against any post at any stage without assigning any reason.
- NOTA/ DA will be admissible for the purpose of a test/ interview.
- Applications in the prescribed format shall reach through the online portal by 02nd July 2024. Applications, incomplete or received after the expiry date, will not be entertained. Please do not attach any other document with the application form.
