Physical & Endurance Test
Candidates applying for Sub Inspector, Assistant Sub Inspector, Constable, and Constable Driver positions will initially undergo an endurance test.
The test consists of a 1.6 km (one mile) run with the following qualifying times:
Male candidates: 7 minutes
Female candidates: 10 minutes
Candidates must also meet the required physical measurements. Only candidates who meet the physical standards and qualify the endurance test will be permitted to appear in the Computer Based Test (CBT).

Important Instructions for Candidates
Candidates must fulfill the required qualification and experience by 07 September 2026.
General age relaxation of 5 years is available under the applicable rules.
No relaxation is allowed in the lower age limit, physical standards, or endurance test.
Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in Pakistan.
Government employees must apply through proper channel and provide an NOC at the interview.
Original documents and attested copies must be presented at the interview.
Candidates must bring their Roll No. Slip and original CNIC/Passport for the Physical Test, CBT, Skill Test, and Interview.
Separate Roll No. Slips will be issued for each stage.
No TA/DA will be paid for the recruitment tests or interview.
Selected candidates are subject to medical examination by the authorized Federal Government civil surgeon.
NCCIA Jobs 2026 – Selection Process
